1. SLAVKO DAMJANOVIC – Serbia?? (28) – CB
Slavko Damjankvic is a 28 year old Serbian Center Back who has plied his trade for clubs in Serbia, Montenegro, Uzbekistan, South Africa and Hungary. He has experience of over 150 matches in top competitions where around most of his career was spend in Montenegro league. He is a physically solid and brave player who adds decent pace and strength to the game as required. He uses his body to shield the opposite player from being going forward and has good capacity to supply accurate long balls upfront.
2. ARIEL BORYSIUK – Poland?? (30) – DM
Ariel Borysiuk is a 30 year old former Polish International who is a highly experienced player with more than 350 career matches in club competitions and around 40 International matches in various categories and senior national team. He has played 12 matches for Poland national team. He spend most of his career in Poland with over 225 matches also played in Bundesliga top division. He is a Defensive Midfielder who has good physical attributes and playmaking capabilities. He is a team player who has excellent work rate throughout the game and is now coming from Polish first division side Jagiellonia.
3. RAFAEL CRIVELLARO – Brazil?? (32) – AM
Brazilian attacking midfielder Rafael Crivellaro is a familiar name for Indian football fans with his playmaking and goal scoring capabilities. Having been played in Indian Super League for the past two seasons, he has appeared in a total of 21 matches for Chennayin side where he has scored 8 times and assisted 7 including a stunning Olympic goal to his name. He is a vastly experienced campaigner who has plied his trade for teams in Portugal, Iran, Poland, UAE, Brazil and and Italy. He has spend most of his career in Portuguese first and second divisions where he played a total of 95 matches in top tier only. Apart from that, he also has prior experience in Asian conditions. He suffered a major injury at the start of last season which ruled out his entire season and now looking for a comeback under the new coach Bozidar Bandovic.
4. VLADIMIR KOMAN – Hungary?? (32) – AM
Vladimir Koman is a 32 year old former Hungarian International footballer who has an experience of playing over 320 matches in club competitions across Hungary, Italy, France, Russia, Turkey, Iran and UAE. Apart from being an attacking midfielder, Koman can also handle the Center Midfield along with Left and Right Midfield positions. He is a nomadic footballer who has equal experience all around the globe with decent statistics and fame. He is a technically sound player with high pace and acceleration. Naturally fit and team player like Koman will play a vital role in Chennayin FC’s this season’s campaign. His experience in the first divisions of Italy, Russia, Turkey and Iran will increase the potential of the team squad.
5. MIRLAN MURZAEV – Kyrgyzstan?? (31) – Winger/CF
Mirlan Murzaev is a 31 year old current Kyrgyzstan International who will fill the Asian quota for the South Indian side Chennayin FC for the coming season. He has played over 280 matches in his club career with over 200 goals and 48 International appearance with 14 goals to his name. Having been played in countries apart from Kyrgyzstan like Israel, Russia, Turkey and Cyprus; Mirlan can bring a match winning addition to the squad. He is a player with good acceleration and of the ball runs which can be used by the coach to alter the direction of the game at hand.
6. LUKASZ GIKIEWICZ – Poland?? (33) – CF
Lukasz Gikiewicz, 33 year old experienced Polish center forward having played over 250 matches in club competitions mainly around the Asian and European continent teams. He is now coming from Bahrain club East Riffa. He is a natural goal scorer who is tall and physically strong player who is really good at areal ball winning, duals and goal scoring. He is a player having good anticipation, jumping reach and work rate.
